Born and raised in Perú and currently based in Mallorca, Diego Silva is the creative force behind Bonfire Experience. With a rich background in building farms and restaurants along the Mediterranean coast & Mexico, his work is rooted in a deep respect for the land, elemental cooking, and the communities that make it all possible.

His close relationships with local farmers, winemakers, ceramicists, and fishmongers have shaped a unique culinary perspective—one that values craftsmanship, ritual, and connection. Each meal becomes more than food; it’s a cultural experience, a story told from the land to the table.

Through Bonfire Experience and the Restaurant Consultancy Program, he now helps others bring their own visions to life—guiding chefs, restaurateurs, and creatives in building soulful, sensory-driven dining concepts that reflect place, purpose, and passion
